All units at Aparthotel HAUS USEDOM have a fully-equipped kitchenette, a living room with satellite TV, and a separate bedroom. Guests can use the sauna, gym, solarium and billiards table for an extra charge.

A rich breakfast buffet is offered in the mornings. A variety of restaurants and cafs are available within a 5-minute walk of the apartments.

Lake Klpinsee can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot, and the Bernstein Thermal Baths are a 10-minute drive away. Trassenheide butterfly farm is a 15-minute drive away. Karls Erlebnis-Dorf is a 5-minute drive away.

Klpinsee Train Station is 5 minute walk from the accommodation. Private parking is available on site (for a fee). Please inform Aparthotel HAUS USEDOM in advance of your expected arrival time. Only dogs are allowed on request, for a surcharge of EUR 15 per night for a small dog, EUR 20 per night for a mid-size dog, and EUR 25 per night for a big dog.
