Guests of Prospect Hill are welcome to reserve a place at the elegant dining tables for a fine 4-course meal on Friday or Saturday. A wine reception is always held before the meal begins.

The history of the plantation can be found both inside the original buildings and outside among the trees, many planted in 1840. Concierge services are also available.
