The apartment is a 5-minute drive from North Entrance Beach. Terrigal is located a 20-minute drive away, and Magenta Shores Golf Course is a 10-minute drive. Sydney city centre is a 1.5 hour drive away.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a dining area, a seating area and a TV for your entertainment. There is a private bathroom with a shower. Laundry facilities are also available. Linen is provided. Please inform Surf Side Palms 12 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
