Please note that cleaning charges, bed linen charges and the security deposit will be charged 1 month before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable 5-15 days after check out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Outside working hours (10:00 to 14;00 and 16:00 to 18:00), an envelope with your name will be deposited in the safe outside the agency. The envelope will contain the key, the plan, a welcome document and a satisfaction questionnaire. The code will be provided by email upon confirmation of booking. The return of the keys will take place in the same place (office or safe).
