Access to the main A1 autostrada is 10 km away, offering good, rapid access to Florence (45 minutes' drive), Arezzo, Montepulciano, and even Rome.

The views from the house are intensely relaxing to behold, especially from its spacious furnished terrace, and they uninterruptedly follow all points of the compass. After a busy renovation period, this property is available again for holidays: the house, and the fully fenced-in grounds, are now a delight, and this is an ideal holiday abode for an extended family with young children.
