Located in the town of Friedrichroda, the family-run Pension Tannenrausch offers comfortable accommodation in a historic building. Set in the western Thuringian Forest the guest house is surrounded by hiking and cycling routes.
All rooms at Pension Tannenrausch are designed in country style, featuring a seating area, satellite TV and an en suite bathroom.
The surrounding countryside features the cycling route Hhenwanderweg Rennsteig and bikes can be rented from the guest house. There are walking trails which start directly at the property.
A breakfast buffet is provided each morning, and the guests can enjoy regional dishes in the evenings in the historic Brauhaus located 5 minutes away.
Pension Tannenrausch is 2 km from Friedrichroda Train Station, and it is a 15-minute drive to the A4 motorway. Free private parking is available on site at the guest house. Please contact the guest house in advance should you wish to arrive after 14:00. In addition, please note that the rooms are only ready as of 14:00.
