If we dont receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. If your arrival is on Friday or Saturday, please send your passport copies on the Wednesday before you arrive to ensure a smooth entrance process.

Access to the Nakheel shoreline beach clubs is not included in the price of the property. If you would like to use the beach club during your stay, daily passes can be purchased from shoreline clubhouse between buildings 3 and 4. The property is also located close to the free public beach, Jumeirah Beach Residences.

For your security and to protect against credit card fraud, the property requires a credit card authorization letter to be signed before arrival. Guests are also required to show a photo identification and the credit card the booking was made with upon check-in.
