Villa One Seminyak is a 5-minute stroll from Petitenget Beach, 0.35 km from Ku De Ta Beach Club and 1.7 km from Double Six Beach where an array of beach bars can be found. It takes 25 minutes by car to reach the property from Bali Denpasar International Airport.

Featuring modern interiors, the villa has ample living space with pool views, comfortable seating area and a flat-screen cable TV with CD/DVD player. Each air-conditioned bedroom includes a mosquito net, sofa and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Other in-villa comforts include a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and safety deposit boxes.

Babysitting, vehicle rental and laundry services are offered at additional charges. Airport transfers can also be arranged upon request.

Breakfast is served in the villas dining area every morning. Staff can also assist with grocery deliveries. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Villa One Seminyak in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of IDR 2500000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property requires a deposit payment to secure the booking. The villas staff will contact guests directly for payment instructions.\

All events (where occupancy exceeds 1.5 times the sleeping capacity) requires prior approval by the Management at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival and a professional Event Organiser must be appointed for the event. Please note that events without our prior approval are strictly prohibited and will result in booking cancellation without refund of all monies paid.
