The hotel is a 10-minute walk from a water sports centre, 30-minute drive from Kalpitiya Tourism Zone and a 3 hours' drive from Colombo. Colombo Airport is a 2 hours' drive away.

This is the first star class luxury boutique hotel constructed on the Dutch Bay, in the new Tourism Zone of Kalpitiya. Built on 4 acres of land, nestled between the Dutch Bay Lagoon and the Dutch Bay, captures the true essence of nature and wild life with minimal disruption to the eco system.
