The villa is situated in a residential area 1 km outside Lumio, some 7 km north-east of Calvi, Haute-Corse. Restaurants, bars and shops can all be found around 1 km away, while the beach is around 2 km away. L'Ile Rousse is approximately 14 km away and the harbour town of Saint Florent is about 59 km away.

This air-conditioned finca villa is well built and provides 3 spacious and well-appointed rooms all on one level. Outside, the landscaped garden provides a tranquil and private setting for the large swimming pool, amid scented oleanders and other flowering shrubs. Guests can also enjoy relaxing evenings in the dining room.
