Husband Tim and I were driven by wanting to pamper guests as we created the ultimate B&B of historic Amelia's Bed and Breakfast at beautiful Moonta Bay, 170km from Adelaide on South Australia's Yorke Peninsula. So it's the red carpet treatment all the way, allowing guests to indulge in an old-world setting dating to 1876 with all the comforts of today's mod-cons. It took us four years to personally craft this luxurious B&B, with great effort to get all the little things perfect for a place where guests can be spoilt. Moonta Bay is best known for its shacks and caravan parks but we have upped the ante with our beautiful accommodation, perfect for romantic getaways and featuring a large two person spa, wood fires, luxurious furnishings and fitting and noon checkouts. We pride ourselves on our meet-and-greet service, in our coffee-and-black uniforms, as part of creating a truly memorable experience. We have fresh flower arrangements, and port in a crystal decanter is offered with delicious local handmade chocolates.
