Entering here, you make a leap in time: the house is full of objects, mirrors, chandeliers from other eras. But the difference is the welcome : we receive you as a friend. Set in a 19th-century mansion with a swimming pool in the 600 m garden, this guest house is 400 metres from the centre of Peyriac-Minervois. Home-made jams and pastries are served for breakfast.
Antique furnishings and a marble fireplace feature in the individually decorated rooms. Each room offers views of the village and the suite also has garden views.
A candlelit dinner of Mediterranean dishes using local produce is possible in the garden, upon reservation. The bar at Le Chai de Marguerite stocks regional wines.
