As the oldest continuously operating hotel in Buffalo, NY the building is now both a hotel and residential building in the heart of the Allentown district, just minutes from downtown. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance and the award-winning restaurant, the Lenox Grill, is located in the bottom floor of the hotel.
Due to the age and historical significance of the Hotel, there are no rooms that are wheelchair accessible, and the use of stairs is required to access the building.
