Paintworks Apartments offers 5 uniquely decorated loft apartments in the heart of Bristols creative quarter, Paintworks. Free WiFi access is available throughout and free parking is available.

Each apartment is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Shampoo and shower gel is provided for all guests, as well as bed linen and bath towels. Additional bed linen and towels can be provided for a surcharge.

All apartments have a balcony, and some apartments offer a view of the River Avon. Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, digital radio, bluetooth speaker, flat-screen TVs, and Sky or Virgin TV channels with complimentary Netflix.

Bristol city centre is 1.4 miles from the property, and Bristol Temple Meads rail station is a mile away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Paintworks Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isnt provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. There is an extra charge of GBP 40 per person per night for an extra bed. Maximum occupancy varies between apartments. Accompanying pet are permitted in some lofts. Please contact the property at the time of booking as conditions apply. A one-off pet charge will be applied.

A booking of more than one apartment under the same name will be considered a group booking. The property will contact guests within 24 hours of booking with the relevant terms and conditions for group bookings. All guests will be required to provide photo ID and proof of payment at the time of check-in.

Access will not be granted for arrivals after 22:00 without prior arrangement (charges may apply). No refunds will be offered for missed arrivals.
