PLEASE NOTE Cladding works to this side of the building are nearing completion. Scaffolding wrapped in protective sheeting that blocks the view is still erected with materials, workmen and the site office on site. Juliette balconies cannot be opened during this time but windows can be. External works are due to be completed at the end of June. Works to the internal communal hallways are due to be completed in August. Price reductions of 20% have been applied to the price of the property until the end of June.
