Nestled in the heart of Brisbane and just 7 minutes drive from Brisbane Airport, Novena Palms Motel features an outdoor swimming pool and is in a convenient location, just an 8-minute drive from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre at Boondall and a 12-minute walk from Northgate train station. It offers a free airport drop-off service from Monday-Saturday.

Each air-conditioned room has a microwave, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms are decorated in neutral colours and include a flat-screen TV. Free Wifi is available limited to two devices per room.

Shuttle service operates Mon-Friday 6:15am, 7:15am, 8:15am and 9:30am only Saturday 6:15am, 7:15am, 8:15am only We do not operate the shuttle service on Sun or Public Holidays

Our cancellation policies are 48Hrs prior to the booking and cancellation fee applies if less than 48hrs.

We do not operate the airport drop-off service at 9:30am on a Saturday. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Novena Palms Motel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Please note that there is a 2.0% charge when you pay with any card.

A surcharge of AU $45 applies for arrivals before check-in hours. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Office hours Each day of the week 9.00am to 10.00am and 2.00pm to 6.00pm only

Customers that make a last minute booking and are arriving after 6pm and do not have the code for the key safe, we will definitely send the code for the safe on the day of your arrival. Please note that if you have not received the code on the day, we have an after hours number on the board. For customers that have already notified of their arrival after 6:00 pm, we will issue the key code to collect your key by email please allow at least 24hrs to get your code.
