Transfer from Barcelonnette - Saint-Pons Airfield to Le Chal'heureux

Located in the heart of Vars ski resort domain, Hotel restaurant le Chalheureux is situated at 2100 metres and offers ski-to-door access. The property is 3.5 km from the centre of the station. The restaurant features a heated terrace on the slopes. It boasts panoramic mountain views.

The rooms at Chalheureux are decorated in wooden furnishings, giving them a modern and cozy chalet-style feel. They all come with a private bathroom, flat screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi access. After a days skiing, guests can relax at the hotels bar and enjoy free access to the sauna and nordic bath.

The restaurant serves traditional mountain dishes. After a days walking or skiing, guests can enjoy some aprs-ski relaxation at the hotel bar. Other facilities include free ski storage and ski shoes heater/dryer.

Le Chalheureux is located in Vars, which offers all the services of a large ski resort. Free public parking is available at the bottom of the forest road. The hotel offers free shuttle service upon prior reservation. Please inform le Chalheureux in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that in winter, the property is not accessible by car. During winter, guests can access the hotel by ski before 17:30. During ski lift closing hours, the property will pick guests up by snow bike. A free pick-up service is available from Vars-les-Claux.

Please note that in summer, the property is accessible on foot or by car via a forest road. In summertime, the owner can pick you up by four-wheel drive.

After the ski slopes closure, a staff member will pick you up with a snowmobile.
