The Villa Sophia is a secluded retreat in a bustling city. You can curl up in front of the gas fireplace or relax in the spacious steam shower complete with luxury Italian toiletries. Filming, photography and small events sometimes occur at the property. In the case of a shoot, you will not be disturbed in the guest house and you may come and go as normal.
Los Feliz Village offers a variety of restaurants and shops 2 km from this luxury villa. Just 3 km away, Griffith Park offers stunning views from its observatory, a 9-hole golf course and tennis courts. The Greek Theater is 20 minutes walk away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Villa Sophia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Rental Agreement: The Villa Sophia sends a rental agreement via email that needs to be returned prior to arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-ins and check-outs cannot be accommodated.
Security Deposit: A security deposit HOLD of 395 USD is required. The deposit will be held a week before you arrive. The HOLD is fully refundable within 14 days of departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
Entertaining: Visits by more than 2 people per day is not permitted without prior consent.
