The penthouse apartment and suites have a deck with a hot tub overlooking St. Johns Harbour, the Narrows, and Signal Hill. The penthouse apartment is offered as a 5, 4, 3, or 2 bedroom self contained unit. The penthouse suite is offered as a 1 or 2 bedroom only. Both the penthouse apartment and suites have a private kitchen, lounge area and private sauna. Only the penthouse apartments and suites have impressive views from the bedrooms.

On the main level is a 1 bedroom executive apartment with a new sun room and deck. On the garden level is large 2 bedroom apartment with sun room. A private brick patio is outside.

The multiplex also has several rooms with en-suites that are provided for the budget traveller. Such rooms share a master kitchen, dining room, and lounge, that serves as a lobby. These rooms are all 1 bedroom only.

All guests are provided with free WiFi access during their stay. On-site parking is available with a surcharge.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
