The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the service charge is a Security Deposit Waiver Fee. The Waiver covers all minor accidental damage or breakage up to CAD $200. Coverage does not cover extraordinary cleaning charges, damages resulting from negligence or willful or wanton conduct.
