In summer, a popular destination is the Leisee Mountain which can be reached with the Gondola Lift to Sunegga in 15 minutes. There you can swim, barbecue and hike.

You will find a lift 160 metres from the chalet taking you directly to a bus station and the Gondola Lift to Sunegga. In good snow conditions, it is possible to ski from the Sunnegga-Rothorn Ski Area directly to the chalet.

Supermarkets and restaurants are located in the centre of town. Please inform BaseCamp Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can park your car in Tsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.
