The chalets on 3 floors feature a private sauna, a fireplace with daily wood supply, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with views of the forests and mountains surrounding the property.

The property has a ski storage space. You can engage in various activities, such as skiing and hiking. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Element Chalets in advance of your expected arrival time. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the property can only be reached by a 5-minutes walk. Guests are collected from the Zermatt train station and dropped off at the bottom of the foot path. The luggage is transported to the property.

Taxi transportation is available to the property in the Summer.
