Situated in the central-yet-tranquil Orquideas neighborhood of Quito, Elena offers a homely stay in a beautiful location. Free Wi-Fi is available and the terrace affords dramatic views of the city. Continental breakfast is available for an extra fee.
At Chez Elena, guests can stay either in a furnished apartment to the side of the house, or in one of the rooms inside the main house itself. Rooms have access to a shared kitchenette, and a communal stereo and computer are available for guests to use.
Guests are provided home-cooked Ecuadorean food. Elenas famous home-made smoothies, made from guayaba, papaya and pineapple, can be enjoyed.
Elena arranges various daily activities and tours for guests to join as they choose. Chez Elena is a 15-minute bus journey from the historic center of the city, and a 25-minute journey from the centre of the citys nightlife.
