If the reservation is canceled with more than 15 days before the check in date, the 90% of de deposit will be refund. If the reservation is canceled with more than 7 days before check in date, the 80% of the deposit will be refund. If the reservation is canceled with less than 7 days before check in date, there will be no refund.

Updates on confirmed reservations:

Any update in reservations with more than 15 days of anticipation to the check in date, will have no charge. Any update in the reservation between 13 and 4 days of anticipation to the check in date, will have a surcharge of the 10% of the total. Any update in the reservation with less than 3 days of anticipation, will have a surcharge of the 50% of the total.
