Guests of Pension Kaiserhof can use the spa area with indoor and outdoor pools and the tennis courts at the nearby Hotel Raxalpenhof at an additional cost. The Zirbenstube restaurant is also located there.
The Semmering and Stuhleck Ski Areas are about a 20-minute drive away from Land-Pension Kaiserhof. Prein features a natural toboggan run.
The Rax Cable Car can be reached by car or bus in 10 minutes. The Rax is a popular hiking area and also features a ski lift. Check-in takes place at Hotel Raxalpenhof (150 metres away).
