Transfer from RNAS Windermere to Norwood House

Centrally located in one of the most picturesque villages of the Lake District, Norwood House is surrounded by dramatic scenery and is just a 15-minute walk from the northern edge of Lake Windermere. Free parking is available to guests, and free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout.

Rooms at Norwood House are decorated to offer a warm and relaxing environment for guests. Each room comes complete with a flat-screen TV, alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, fluffy towels, bottled water as well as wine glasses and a corkscrew.

A full English Lakeland breakfast is served daily and features bacon and Cumberland sausages from the local butcher and fresh eggs. Lighter options include scrambled eggs on whole-wheat toast, fresh juice, cereals, tea and coffee. Further eateries and shops can be found within a 10-minute walk in Ambleside.

The Wordsworth Trust is 3.5 miles from the property, whilst the Beatrix Potter Museum is a 12-minute drive away in Bowness-on-Windermere.
