It is entered in the Register of the National Estate as an outstanding example of a large house of World War One vintage.This lovely old mansion is centrally located 1.2 km from the CBD and 500 meters walk from the famous North Hobart "Gourmet Strip" which houses many of Hobart's better known eating establishments. Some twenty restaurants and cafe are within 5 minutes walking distance.Sorry our property is not suitable for children under 7 years old.This property is a smoke free property but have a designated area outside the property for smokers.
