Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isnt provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a tourism fee amounting to a maximum of EUR 3 per person per day is charged directly at the property. The day of arrival and the day of departure are treated as a single day in regard to the tourism fee. For each apartment a balcony has been newly erected on the south side and can be accessed from the kitchen.
