Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Reception is open from 08:00 to 21:00. If you plan to arrive after 21:00 please contact the hotel in advance.

The paid private parking (7/night) is secured at night, free public parking is available very near by the hotel.

The Standard Rooms cannot accommodate an extra bed or baby crib. Superior Rooms can accommodate a baby crib.

Please note that superior rooms and standard rooms are located in two different buildings. For longer stays, the hotel reserves the right to move you into another room during your stay if necessary.
