This youth hostel is quietly located in the Frankonian Switzerland region, a 20-minute walk from Pottenstein town centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and great outdoor leisure facilities.

The non-smoking rooms and dormitories at Jugendherberge Pottenstein are simply furnished in vibrant red colours. Many feature a wardrobe, table and chairs, and some also have a private bathroom.

A breakfast buffet is provided in the spacious dining room with its bright furniture and wooden ceiling beams. Lunchboxes can be prepared, and dinner is also available on request.

International guests without membership pay a surcharge of EUR 3.50 per night. German residents aged 26 or younger can become a member of the German Youth Hostel Association for EUR 7 per year, older guests and families pay EUR 22,50 per year.
