The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of CHF 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Chasa Diala will contact you with instructions after booking.

Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
