A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer and via PayPal which can be arranged prior to arrival with the property.

A booking form and Holiday Letting Agreement will be sent to guests for completion and return before commencement of holiday.

Keys are contained in a security box located on the back door wall and is accessible via a pin number which is provided upon full payment of the balance.
