The Caibraismixed forest and cultivation surroundings are crossed by a small stream, providing a mild climate, also due to the proximity of the river Vouga. The farms area is ideal for hiking and cycling.

Although tranquil and secluded, the property has a nearby highway which leads to several urban centres. It is a 41-minute drive to Aveiro, with its many beaches. The historical city of Viseu is a 45-minute drive from the farm.
