Apartments Juri & Hermann 1 is 200 metres away from the ski lift and 500 metres from the cable car, also operating in summer. Some offers ski-to-door access in very good snow conditions.

The alpine-style apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and satellite TV. The bathroom comes with a shower.

The Juri & Hermann 1 apartments are 800 metres from the Rmerbad Wellness Centre 800 metres from the Kathrein Thermal Baths.

Hiking and biking trails start directly at the property, while a grocery store is 200 metres away. A golf course is 3 km away, while a toboggan run and a corss-country skiing track are up to a 5-minute drive away.

From early/mid-January until early March, a 6-day ski pass for a child up to 12 years old is available directly at the apartment for EUR 6 if at least one accompanying adult buys a 6-day ski pass for the Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald Ski Area.

From mid-March, a ski pass per person is included in the rate for guests who stay in the"Ski and Spa Offer - Two Bedroom Apartment with Balcony or Terrace", as well as a 50% discount on admission to the Rmerbad Thermal Spa. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please collect your key from Wasserbrunnenweg 3.

Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a deposit for the keys. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded when the key is returned.
