Transfer from Karres Heliport to Haus Esper

Offering you fully equipped apartments and a modern spa area, Haus Esper in Ladis is just a 5-minute walk away from the Sonnenbahn Cable Car to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Ski Area. All apartments come with a open-plan kitchen and provide panoramic mountain views. WiFi is available free of charge.

Spa facilities at Haus Esper include a steam bath and a sauna (available in winter), and an infra-red cabin (available throughout the year). A ski storage room for each apartment is available at the cable car and a ski boot dryer is available at the property. In summer, you can spend relaxing hours on the terrace while the children have fun on the playground or in the outdoor pool.

Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your apartment every morning. Restaurants and a supermarket are available in the centre of Ladis, a 5-minute walk away. A natural bathing lake is reachable on foot within 20 minutes.

From early June to mid-October, the Super Sommer Card is not included in the rate. This card offers many benefits and discounts, including use of local cable cars and hiking buses.

Please note that the Seil-Bahn ticket costs 5 Euros per adult per night and for kids until 14 years old 2.5 Euros per night. Please inform Haus Esper in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the steam bath and the sauna are only available during winter season, while the infrared cabin is available throughout the year.
