Free covered parking is possible on site, and table tennis and ski storage facilities are available.

A ski school and the Sonnenhang-Wettersteinlift Ski Area are next to the property. Restaurants, shops, an outdoor swimming pool and mountain bike trails are within a 5-minute walk.
