A bus stop and many shops and restaurants are just 100 metres from Bad Ischl Central. Several ski areas such as Postalm and Dachstein West are within a 25-minute drive. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival to arrange key collection. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Check-in outside reception hours is only possible with prior arrangement.

Limited short-stay parking is available in front of the apartment. Guests can use a public car park free of charge against a deposit for a parking card. The nearest car park is 100 metres away.

The apartment is not serviced during stays. Additional bed linen and towels are supplied and guests have access to laundry facilities.
