Surrounded by the mountains of the Tauern Mountain Range and opposite the ski slopes of the Ski Amad Ski Area, the family-run Villa 7 is located in Flachau. The bed & breakfast offers modern and spacious rooms with a flat-screen cable TV.

The rooms all come with wooden floors, a living area with a sofa bed, a safety deposit box and a bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and free toiletries. They all come with a balcony or have access to the garden.

A rich breakfast including homemade products of the region is served every morning in the trendy breakfast room of the Villa 7. And in summer, guests can barbecue in the garden.

A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is also available on site, and ski passes can be bought at the reception. A free ski bus stops directly in front of the property, and a ski lift, ski schools and a ski hire can be reached on foot.

The Amad Thermal Bath is a 10-minute drive away, and a golf course is 10 km away. Free parking is possible on site. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that in case the rooms are heavily soiled an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
