You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note the remaining 70% of the balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 8 weeks before arrival. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then the full payment will be taken.

Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that key collection is available from 16:00 to 18:00.
