PRIVATE APARTMENT IN HOUSE IN CALA CANYELLES This accommodation is located on the top floor of a private house in Cala Canyelles, located 10 or 20 minutes walk to the beach. It has independent access and terraces to the rest of the house and outdoor parking for one car.The private apartment was modernized and restored in 2021, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with single beds. Totally new bathroom with shower, washing machine. Living room with kitchenette, sofa bed and TV. The completely renovated kitchen has the necessary utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric stove. The dining room connects to a large outdoor terrace with views of the mountains or the sea depending on the availability at the time of booking. Also the reserve provides access to a communal outdoor swimming pool located 1.5 km away. Cala Canyelles is an urbanization located about 3 km from the center of Lloret, and about 6 km from Tossa de Mar; with what is necessary the use of a private car. There is a bus stop on the road approx 1 km away. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 12 Nov 2022 until Thu 01 Jun 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 30 surcharge is payable for check-in after 19:00. It is not possible to check in after 23:00.
