The cuisine at the Hostal Ses Negres is headed by our chef Vicen Fajardo and is based on seafood and local produce from the Empord. Fresh fish, rice, top-quality meat and locally-grown garden vegetables are all cooked with special care to satisfy all tastes.

The hotel has two restaurants, Es Restaurant, the dining room inside the hotel, and Sa Terrassa, a lovely outdoor area by Sa Riera beach where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or a relaxing dinner listening to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore.
