Important notice : From June 15th until October 1st, 2022, the building where the Super Balmes Apartments are located will be undergoing the refurbishment of the facade. The refurbishment of the facade requires that a work scaffold be erected completely in front of the building. This scaffold will also by covered by a protective fabric that will eliminate the rooms view and the possibility to use the rooms balcony. Also, the workers will be working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 17 pm. During this period, it may be possible that you hear disruptive noise. Please inform APTBCN Super Balmes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:30 carries the following extra charges:

- from 20:30 to 23:00, EUR 50; - from 23:00 to 01:00, EUR 75; - After 01:00, EUR 100.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, please contact the property in advance.
