Welcome to this beautiful villa located in the north of Mallorca, near Bger. It is the perfect choice for groups of friends or families who look for a relaxing holiday in the countryside. The house has 150 m2, a room with 2 single beds, and another one with a double bed and a loft with a sofa bed. Both bedrooms have AC. There are two shower rooms. The villa has a very pleasant environment. You can relax in the spacious living room, watch satellite TV, a DVD or surf the Internet. The dining area has a table and chairs for all guests; and the kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, coffee machine, microwave, vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge and a lot more. In the house you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. The outdoor is very rustic and natural. Go outside and organize a BBQ with your friends, swim in the pool or relax in the terrace. The porch is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people. Next to the 7 x 3 meter large pool there is an area with sun beds, so you can relax and enjoy the good weather. The whole plot has 4500 m2 with almond, orange and other fruit trees. Mediterranean The house doesnt have direct neighbours and its facilities are totally private. Pets are allowed but please ask before. There is uncovered space in the plot to park at least 3 cars. The house is 600 meters away from the village of Bger and 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you will find everything you might need during your holiday: supermarkets, surgery, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The charming village of Pollena deserves a visit: stroll down its cobbled streets, buy in the lovely shops or climb the 365 steps to El Calvari, a little chapel at the top of a hill from where you will be able to admire a stunning panoramic of Alcdia Bay. In just 20 minutes drive you can get to the beaches of Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort.
