A continental breakfast is prepared every day at the Vacancole - Rsidence Le Birdie. After breakfast, guests can play billiards in the games room. In high season, the holiday park offers activities only for children. Free WiFi access is available at the reception.

Lake Annecy is just a 7-minute drive from Le Birdie residence and Annecy is 25 km away. Free private parking is available on site. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #2 is closed from Sat 01 Oct 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed and bath linen is available at an additional cost and should be reserved before arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and is also available at an additional cost.

Reception is open from 16:00 to 19:00. Please call the reception if you wish to arrive outside of these hours in order to prepare a late arrival.

The swimming pool and tennis courts are not open on Sundays and Wednesdays, except in July and August
