" Avenida Palace was a beautiful hotel with an excellent location Our room was large and overlooked the main boulevard Fun to watch all the activity on the boulevard below Just around the corner was a great walking street with many restaurants and outdoor cafes also some good shopping It s only a block away from the Plaza Catalunya where we took the Hop On Hop Off bus a good value and very close to the Ramblas The staff quickly called taxis when we needed them and were very friendly There s also a lovely rooftop terrace with 360 degree views and a small pool Wish we could have stayed longer "
