This hotel enjoys a seaside location in Dadonghai and the scenic zone of Luhuitou in Sanya, called the oriental Hawaii. It is the first seashore garden resort hotel in the Dadonghai zone.

The hotel has a mountain backdrop and overlooks the sea. The hotel has a total of 185 guest rooms and spans an area of over 10,000 m. Fully air-conditioned, the hotel features a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. The sea view pavilion includes a Chinese Meal Hall and there is also a bar and caf on site. A large meeting hall can be found on the 2nd floor.

Guest rooms are available in the following categories: deluxe garden view room, deluxe sea view room, advanced executive suite, sea view honeymoon suite and deluxe sea view suite. The air-conditioned rooms are all en suite with a bathtub/shower, and further facilities include a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access and an in-room safe. There is a kitchenette with a minibar/fridge, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms also come with central heating and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel features a swimming pool with water aerobics and the Coconut Bar poolside. The Mingzhu fitness-training centre offers luxury VIP Finnish and Turkish saunas and Chinese, Thai and Hong Kong massages. Guests can play beach volleyball on the nearby beach or try their hand at a range of water sports, including waterskiing, jet skiing, motor boating and diving.

The Chinese Meal Hall serves western-style food. Guests can enjoy a range of carefully cooked dishes, such as Sichuan, Cantonese and Chaozhou cuisine, as well as authentic western meals and Japanese riori.
