A damage deposit of USD 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please Note: Guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid credit card and official identification to book.
