The resort is located at the Mandawa - Bikaner motorway on the picturesque Fatehpur road. The resort is just 10 minutes' drive from Mandawa city centre and is in close proximity to various points of interest.

This is a newly-built resort spread over 14 acres of area. The resort is designed in a heritage style and provides excellent accommodation with high-quality services. It also provides a conference hall suitable for mid-size conferences, meetings and seminars for up to 150 guests in theatre style. Further facilities include air conditioning, a lobby, hotel safe and currency exchange, as well as Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park. Guests can wine and dine in the caf or restaurant.

The resort provides 74 cottage rooms. All rooms are spacious and are well equipped with a minibar, TV and telephone. Deluxe rooms are round in shape and are built on a 4-foot raised platform overlooking the countryside. All are en suite with a bath and hairdryer. Further in-room amenities include a double bed, radio, safe and a kitchen with a fridge and microwave. An ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning units and a terrace also come as standard.
