You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Please note that - in case of smoking inside the hotel - a surcharge of 100 EUR will apply for the textile and upholstery cleaning and the loss of a business day for the room concerned.
