Opening to balconies, the air-conditioned unit consists of 3 separate bedrooms and a spacious living room with satellite TV and a DVD player. Facilities also include a stove, a microwave and a washing machine. The 2 bathrooms come with a shower or bathtub and hairdryer.

Guests can relax at the sun loungers by the pool or use the BBQ facilities and enjoy an al fresco meal at the shaded outdoor dining area.

Restaurants, bars and shops can be found within a short walk from Sobella, while watersport facilities are available within a 5-minute walk. The centre of Protaras lies within 3 km, while Larnaca International Airport is 63 km away. Free parking is possible on site. Please inform Villa Sobella in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests under 21 years old cannot be accommodated without prior agreement.

Kindly note that electricity up to 200 KWh per week is provided free of charge. Further consumption comes at extra charge and costs EUR 0.30 per KWh, to be deducted from the deposit.
